Getting a landscaping plan is super important – especially if you’re building in a new development!
Developers require a professional landscaping plan for approval, so best to talk to the pros. Lucky we have a great relationship with Edroe Contracting & Hire who look after all our show homes and plenty of our clients. Naturally they were my go-to for this. We talked about budget, likes and dislikes (I can be fussy!) as well as my overall vision of how I saw myself living in my new home. They were super helpful and came up with great ideas that I cannot wait to see! Also talking to professionals like Edroe helps when you want to make sure you’re selecting plants that will thrive in the environment. Te Whāriki is surrounded by water reserves, so what works in other parts of Christchurch may not grow so well in Lincoln. Stay tuned for a final post for when it’s all done.
