Blog 1: Plans, Prices and Priorities…
I worked with one of our highly recommended mortgage advisors, Chrissy Richardson from Tony Mounce. Chrissy helped me secure a loan that worked for both myself, the bank, and the House and Land package we had available at Orange Homes. Following signing I had to make a few rapid decisions, as the section was already titled and ready to go!
In terms of the plan – one of our in-house draftsmen had already designed an amazing plan for the section, that was not only utilizing the space well, but provided some additional features that makes the house a home. This included a separate laundry, walk-in pantry, boxed ceiling in my living room, and minimal hallways which effectively turn my end into a Master Suite – winning!
